SIDAC conducts skill test of artisans communicated by Directorate of Handicrafts for empanelment of these artisans as Master Craft Person (MCPs). The process has been conducted by a Committee and after skill test, the Committee recommends eligible artisans to be empaneled as MCPs to Directorate of Handicrafts.
